Susan Mason

Susan has a large amount of law enforcement experience, having spent 10 years working with the Australian Customs Service, before joining the National Crime Authority (NCA) in 1996. The NCA became part of the newly formed Australian Crime Commission (ACC) in 2003.

At the NCA/ACC Susan undertook a number of project management and business analysis roles, before being seconded in 2005 to the Corruption and Crime Commission of Western Australia (CCC) in Perth. Here she was tasked with all aspects of the CCC's new case management system, from preparation of the requirements specification and the tender, to the evaluation, and implementation of Investigator, the chosen system.
