Nick Anticich, Director of Operations at the Corruption and Crime Commission of Western Australia (CCC) for the past 5 years, has been appointed as a new assistant commissioner at Western Australia Police.
Before joining the CCC, Perth-born Mr Anticich was employed by the Australian Federal Police for 24 years and attained the rank of commander. During his extensive policing career he has been stationed in Canberra, Sydney and Perth.
He has carried out criminal investigations in most states of Australia as well as international crime operations that have taken him overseas on a number of occasions.
Mr Anticich was instrumental in the decision by CCC to purchase Investigator.
